Roles and responsibilities

Places to Serve

Worship
Praise & Worship Team | Band | Dance | Sign Language | Choir
Our Worship Ministry exists to lead our church family into sincere, heartfelt praise and worship. Through both our praise team and worship band, we strive to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God, lift their voices, and respond to His presence. If you feel so led by the Lord, we’d love for you to consider joining us.

Stewardship, Discipleship & Prayer
Stewardship
We help our church live as faithful stewards of the time, talents, and resources God provides. If you enjoy encouraging generosity and wise living, we’d love to have you join us.

Discipleship

We guide people in growing deeper in their faith through study, mentoring, and community. If you have a heart to help others follow Jesus, this is a great place to serve.

Prayer

We cover our church, community, and world in prayer, believing God moves when His people seek Him. If you feel called to pray for others, we invite you to be part of this ministry.

Education, Fellowship & Care (EFC)
Education
Supports lifelong, holistic learning—spiritually, emotionally, and practically. Through classes, workshops, and resources, we help individuals grow in wisdom and everyday life skills. If you enjoy learning or guiding others in their growth, this is a great place to serve.

Fellowship

Builds community by creating spaces where our church family can connect, encourage one another, and build meaningful relationships. If you enjoy hosting, welcoming, or bringing people together, we’d love to have you.

Care

Extends compassion to those in need—offering support, meals, visits, prayer, and practical help during life’s challenging moments. If you have a heart to comfort and uplift others, this ministry is a beautiful way to serve.

Interchurch & Social Services (ISS)
Interchurch
The purpose is to develop relationships between or among different churches or denominations to collaborate and support mission events and programmes.

Social Services

Identifies and works with those who are in need to provide them with the necessary assistance for such as food, clothing access to needed services etc.

ROles and responsibilities

Places to Serve

Finance, Property & Administration
Finance
Manages the church’s money including activities such as investing, borrowing, lending, budgeting, saving, and forecasting.

Property

Promotes being good stewards of the things that are owned such as owned, for example land, goods, creative skills, artifacts etc. ensuring that they are properly acquired and appropriately, maintained and used to provide adequate and efficient support for the church’s ministries.

Administration

Engages the process of systematically arranging and coordinating the human and material resources available to the church to achieve its stipulated goals.

Communication and Technology
Our Communication & Technology Ministry ensures every service runs smoothly by managing sound, media, presentation slides, and other technical elements. This team works behind the scenes to help our church worship and connect without distraction. If you enjoy tech, creativity, or supporting the church in a hands-on way, we’d love for you to join us.

Evangelism
Allows people who have not heard -- or have not yet accepted the gospel of Christ the opportunity to hear the gospel and respond to it.
  • Leader: Sis. Lisa Palmer
Youth
Develops and fosters the spiritual growth and nurture of persons in the period between childhood and adult age i.e. 15 to 24 years.

Our prayer
Lord, we thank You in advance for working in the hearts of Your people, giving them the desire and the strength to serve in this ministry. We trust that You are preparing willing hands and joyful hearts to join us in Your work, and we praise You for the ways You will provide. Amen.
